Get rid of Indigestion now

Do you feel discomfort, or mild to severe pain in the abdomen? Heartburn? Flatulence? Frequent belching, Nausea and Vomiting? do you think its a serious condition? maybe just indigestion. Those are the symptoms of indigestion. Indigestion is abdominal discomfort or distress associated with eating. The condition is easy to treat and avoid, and is rarely serous. However, indigestion may be a symptom of a more serious disorder like stomach cancer, peptic ulcer, or gallstones.

Indigestion is cause by certain type of foods like too much spicy and greasy food. Irregular meals, eating too little or too much. Excessive alcohol intake, Smoking. It can be cause also by bacteria or viral infection, and certain medicine like aspirin. and it can also cause by stress.

To prevent indigestion you must avoid alcohol intake and smoking, avoid eating too much spicy and greasy foods, take a regular meals. do not eat too much, chew your food do not eat hurriedly. Avoid medicine that bring on indigestion. And avoid stressful condition and environments.

But if you already suffers from indigestion just take antacids, if symptoms persists for more than two weeks, worsen, or are accompanied by fever, black or bloodstained stools, vomiting of blood, or weight loss, then its time to call your doctor its not indigestion anymore, Its a more serious condition.
